Educational activities were initially conducted under AA Annapurna Youth Society where Meena Deo taught students and contributed to early educational initiatives.

Inspired by Dr. K.C. Deo, Nishant Kumar initiated Renaissance Society along with two friends as an early attempt toward educational and social development.
