Born in a modest family in Bhagalpur, Bihar, Nishant was raised in an environment where education was valued above all else.
His father’s constant belief — “Education is the greatest investment a parent can make” — became the foundation of his life’s purpose.
As a school student, he often helped classmates understand difficult subjects, discovering his natural ability to teach and explain with simplicity.
This early spark of curiosity became a lifelong calling to teach, mentor, and transform lives through learning.
💻 The Beginning of a Mission
In 2018, Nishant founded Vision to Success — an institute focused on teaching computer languages and English to ICSE students.
His approach emphasized concept clarity, creativity, and real-world application, helping students fall in love with learning instead of memorizing.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, when many struggled to afford fees, Nishant continued teaching online without interruption — prioritizing learning over business.
That experience transformed his perspective: education is not a business; it’s a mission.
🚀 The Birth of Vision to Success Foundation (2025)
The idea of forming an NGO came as a recurring message in his life — first from his father in 2015 and then from his mentor in 2025.
This powerful déjà vu led to the creation of the Vision to Success Foundation, an organization dedicated to spreading education, digital literacy, and empowerment to underprivileged communities.
The foundation now runs initiatives such as:
Digital Literacy for All — free and subsidized computer education.
Community Workshops — career guidance and awareness sessions.
